2. Information we collect

  • Pickup and drop-off locations when you make a booking or request a quote.
  • Payment information, where applicable (handled by our payment provider).
  • Messages you send us through our forms, our online chat assistant, email or phone.
  • Basic technical data (e.g. IP address, browser type) collected automatically to keep the site secure and working.

3. How we use it, and our lawful basis

  • To manage bookings and provide our travel services — necessary to take steps at your request and perform our contract.
  • To contact you about your booking (e.g. changes or delays) — performance of our contract.
  • To respond to enquiries and quotes — our legitimate interest in answering you.
  • To improve our services and keep the site secure — our legitimate interests.
  • To meet legal and accounting obligations — legal obligation.

4. Our online chat assistant

Our website includes an AI chat assistant to help answer questions and provide quotes. Messages you type into it are processed on our behalf by our chatbot infrastructure provider (Cloudflare) solely to respond to you. Please do not enter sensitive personal information into the chat — a name and contact number are all we need to help.

5. Cookies

We use only the cookies and similar technologies needed to make the site work and keep it secure. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

6. Who we share your information with

We never sell your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party marketing. We share it only with trusted service providers that help us run our service — such as our payment provider, our website host, and our chat-assistant infrastructure provider (Cloudflare) — each bound to protect it. We may also disclose information where required by law.

7. Data security

Your connection to our site is encrypted (HTTPS), and we take reasonable measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss.

8. How long we keep it

We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide our services and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which it is securely deleted.
