By booking a journey with Evans Taxis & Executive Travel Wales, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms apply to all bookings, whether made online, by phone, or in person.

2. Bookings

All bookings must be confirmed by Evans Taxis. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking if the service cannot be provided.

3. Pricing & Payment

Quotes provided are estimates based on the information given at the time of booking. Payment may be required in advance for certain services such as airport transfers or executive travel.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations should be made as early as possible. Refunds will only be given at our discretion. Late cancellations may be subject to charges.

5. Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to behave respectfully towards drivers and vehicles. Evans Taxis reserves the right to terminate a journey if a passenger’s behaviour is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

6. Liability

While we make every effort to ensure punctuality, Evans Taxis is not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control (e.g. traffic, weather, road closures).

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
